Pilates Mat

Mat Pilates is a series of mind-body exercises that will help students become more aware of how the body moves. Taught in a contemporary style, Pilates can correct over-trained muscles, improve posture and calm the nervous system. Students will also increase core awareness, range of motion and flexibility all in a safe and effective manner. Focus is given to insure proper movement, alignment and breathing.


*It is required that those new to pilates take two or three private lessons beforehand to understand the Mat Pilates foundational principles. For questions, please contact us to set up a complimentary consult.*

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that combines movement and meditation. The gentle, flowing movements, coordinated with deep breathing and mental focus, develop the practitioner in many ways. Physical benefits include improved balance, flexibility, strength, increased blood flow and vitality. This class is open to beginners as well as those with prior experience.

Lyte Body Class Policies

-Registration required for all classes.
-Cancellations allowed up to two hours before class start. After that, you will be charged for the full price of the class. 
-A full refund will be issued if your class is cancelled due to low enrollment or if filled.
-No credit will be given for missed classes or if you are unable to attend a rescheduled make-up class.
-Students are advised to check the class schedule on days with inclement weather. 
-There are no refunds or credits once a class begins.
-Students assume full responsibility for choosing the appropriate class level.
