Lily Martin, M.S., CSCS; Founder & Owner

Lily received her B.S. in Exercise Science from Manhattan College in 2002 and an M.S. in Exercise Science from Queens College in 2005. Lily has over 13 plus years of experience in the field of Exercise Science and Fitness Training.

Lily got her start in 2002 working as a Health & Fitness Instructor at the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains, NY. In this role, Lily worked with a variety of healthy & senior populations.  Her focus was on improving the health of those suffering from a myriad of disabilities.

In 2004, Lily joined a private personal fitness studio in Westchester County, NY as a Fitness Trainer. While there, she designed and executed dynamic exercise regiments for a variety of age groups and fitness levels.  A few years later, Lily decided to embark on her own and began training clients at home and in studios across lower Westchester County, NY.

In 2010, Lily opened up her own studio in Tuckahoe, NY called Life Force Fitness. As head trainer, she worked closely with clients to enhance their quality of life. In 2013, Lily moved her studio to Bronxville, NY and renamed in Lyte Body Fitness. Her studio was built from the ground up as a high-end facility where clients can work out in singles or small groups.

Lily is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is also certified by the Kane School/Kinected Pilates Center as a certified Mat Pilates Instructor. In addition, she is Pre/Post Natal certified as well as First aid/CPR certified.

In summary, Lily loves to restore clients through corrective integrated exercises, mindful movement and nutritional guidance. She has a unique approach to connecting the mind and body in order to create an efficient and anatomically correct workout. Inspiring lives towards one's own enlightenment is what she strives to do.
